LEGAL NOTICE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1.1 Booking and payment

  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment of the booking fee has been received and a written agreement has been signed.

  • Full payment must be made before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 Rescheduling and cancellations

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations will not be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur additional charges.

1.3 During the session

  • The client is responsible for the cooperation of all those attending the session.

  • The photographer will select the final images to be delivered. Additional editing requests or additional images may incur an additional cost.

1.4 Copyright and use of images

  • The photographs are the intellectual property of Belinda Callander.

  • The client receives a licence for personal (non-commercial) use.

  • Unless previously objected to in writing, the photographer may use selected images for:

    • Online portfolio.

    • Professional social media.

    • Promotion of her services

  • The client may request the exclusion of their images in writing.

1.5 Delivery of images

  • The images are delivered in high-resolution digital format.

  • The approximate delivery time is communicated after the session.

  • Physical prints are available for an additional fee.

1.6 Liability

  • No liability is assumed for injuries or losses occurring during the session.

  • In the event of force majeure (illness, weather conditions, etc.), we will propose rescheduling without penalty.

1.7 Client approval

  • The client has 14 days from delivery to review and request corrections.

  • After this time, the final work is considered approved.

2. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)

2.1 Data controller

Belinda Callander, with registered address at Calle de Santa María 24, Madrid, is responsible for processing the data collected through www.belindacallander.es

  • Identifying data: name, telephone number, email address.

  • Personal photographic content (images taken during sessions).

  • Messages sent via form or WhatsApp.

  • Management and provision of photographic services

  • Responding to requests and quotes

The processing is based on:

  • Payment or printing providers (if applicable).

2.6 Retention

  • The data will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship exists or until the user requests its deletion.
